hello I cannot select enable on any audio zone (the button is there it just does nothing when I press it. As such I also cannot play anything and it does nothing when I press play. Never had this issue before thankks

I’d first verify that MacOS Sequoia has given Roon local network access. This will have been reset if you’ve recently updated to Sequoia, which has more draconian stateful network restrictions than previous Mac OS versions.
Open your System Settings and navigate to Privacy&Security → Local Network. Toggle Roon on.
Verify in General → Aidrop and Handoff that your Airplay receiver is turned on for this Mac.
You mention multiple routers in your setup - how specifically have you configured this network topology? Is the Mac server machine hardwired to the same router serving WiFi to these networked Zones? If they’re on separate routers, verify that you have a single subnet and that multicast forwarding and IGMP snooping are both enabled.
