I can't export files from roon to csv format to use in soundiz. when I try to export nothing happens-- it says export to desktop but no files are generated.

Welcome to the community! Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report.
Does this issue occur no matter the size of the list of tracks you’re attempting to export? It would be good to know if it fails when doing a small export of 10 or so tracks, as well as a larger export of a longer playlist, 100+ tracks, etc.
Do you have errors exporting as an excel doc as well?
As a potential workaround for now, I see you have both Qobuz and Tidal synced to your account - you could create a playlist of the tracks you want to export, and make a copy of that playlist to add to either streaming service. From there, you can access the web player of the streaming service itself, find the new playlist, and use the URL through soundiz to create the import you’re looking for.
