Unable to find Core after Sonicorbiter update and restart (ref#P7J6YO)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

None of the above quite fits

· None of these quite match

Tell us what's going on

· did a update now my Sonicorbitor which is on my network been restarted updated and Roon restarted, my Roon remote either iOS 26.4.2 or Mac 13.7.8 Ventura will not find my core???

Tell us about your home network

· Verizon Fios with own hardwired sonicorbitor on same network as wifi

Assuming that all looks well in the Sonictransporter UI with the Roon Server, I have one suggestion which has worked for me in the past.

In the ST UI, go to the ‘Roon Server Settings’ page and select ‘Save’ (no need to change any settings).

I have no idea why this works, but it has before.

If you don’t get anyway, reach out to Andrew Gillis for help

Good luck

Hi @Robin_Wyatt1,

Does this issue happen on multiple Roon remotes, or just one in particular?

First, please open the Sonicorbiter interface and confirm that the Roon Server service is running. If it is, try restarting the Roon Server service from there rather than just rebooting the device.

If the server still does not appear after that, send over a screenshot of the Sonicorbiter Roon Server page and we can take the next step from there.
