Unable to find Roon folders after QNAP NAS reset for Docker migration (ref#UYE082)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

None of the above quite fits

· None of these quite match

Tell us what's going on

· I run Roon off a QNAP NAS and need to migrate to a docker installation. Unfortunately my login details for my NAS device no longer worked so I needed to restore it to factory settings and reset password. This happened before I could do the migration. I cannot find music and multimedia folders and truthfully unsure of what I need to find previous ROON folders and link them to the Docker I created.

Hey @jdevine,

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for the screenshots. I looked over your submitted screenshots (also transferred to the post) and I am not seeing any sign of your media files in them. Please search for a song you know is in your library using the NAS search functionality to locate the folder.

Also, just to confirm, did you use this guide to move to Docker:

Please let us know what you find, and once we know the folder location, we can proceed from there.
