Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

@ivanfching, what type of computer are you using for your Roon Server (where is your Roon Server installed)?

Hello @ivanfching ,

Looking over your account diagnostics it looks like your Roon Server was recently active, have you been able to solve this issue in the meantime or are you still having difficulties? Since you are using RoonServer on Linux, I would check the firewall settings.
