Unable to get sound from my Roon trial

More, when Roon run, Tidal and or Foo 2000 do not wok.

Hi @Yves_Turgeon ----- Thank you for the report and sorry to hear of the troubles.

If I am understanding your report you are unable to playback to the UDA-1 in Roon, TIDAL, and Foobar200, correct?

My assumption is that something on the Win7 machine is causing this issue being as this is not just isolated to Roon. Are you making use of any firewalls or antivirus application on the Win7 device? If you are I would recommend disabling these function and confirming if you can playback successfully to the UDA-1.

I will review this wtih IT tommorow mornig.

What I was trying to say, is the following:

  1. I have no sound from Roon, and
  2. both Tidal and foobar2000 work very well except when Roon is opoen…

Other audio players will not work when Roon is open in exclusive mode.
