Unable to hear music during trial period (ref#SYOJI1)

Hey @james.bechdel,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! Do you run into this issue if you enable the system output of your mac as an audio zone and attempt playback?

The logs show that when you attempt to play music to the James Bechdel zone, the playback state transitions to PLAYING but remains stuck at 0:00.

As a next step, go to Settings > Library and set “Background Audio Analysis Speed” to Off or Throttled to see if playback resumes.

If you haven’t yet, reboot your server machine and endpoints and see if the same issue occurs.
