Unable to identify my Tidal account

Description of Issue

Hi,
I can no longer identify my Tidal account in Roon.
Each time I come back to the starting page (the one where you have to identify your Tidal account).
It spins around…
However, it indicates that I’m well connected to my Tidal account.
Could you help me?

Hi @Amelie,

We’re sorry that you’re having some trouble linking your TIDAL account. Can you please try restarting your Core machine and router, then attempt to enter it again.

You can do this in Settings>Services>TIDAL. You may want to try using one of your other remotes to log in. Please let us know if this helps.
