Describe the issue

I have two Macbook Pros (one with M1pro and one with M3pro) on the M3pro notebook I installed Roon on Sonoma 14.6.0 without a problem. I just wanted to install it on my M1pro running latest Mac OS 14.6.1 und all i get is that the dmg file is broken and I should move it to trashbin. I have downloaded the dmg a couple of times using different browsers. The result is always the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Michael_Kolletzki,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I have to say this is a unique issue. I suspect this may be down to the M1 itself not us. Could you try downloading the DMG to the M3 and then send the file to your M1? Just to be sure did you check to make sure your M1 meets Roon’s minimum requirements?

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded the *.dmg using a Windows 11 computer and just installed over the network. It worked fine. My Macbook Pro 16 has M1Pro, 16GB Ram and a 512 SSD. The question is way is the *.dmg corrupted when downloaded on the M1 Macbook Pro? Thanks for yor help
