As a troubleshooting step, reboot your network router, wait for it to reconnect to the ISP and then reboot the machine that Roon server is running on.

Thank you for your post. The most recent diagnostics available to our servers from your account indicate that you’re on Roon 1528 at this point, the most recently available public build. I take you’ve manually installed the update or reinstalled Roon at this point?
In any case, if automatic updates are failing, I’d ensure that Roon isn’t being blocked by MacOS or any other firewall/antivirus software you’ve installed. Check that Roon has local network access in Privacy & Security on your Mac (if you’re using the same server machine as your previous posts).
If you have a network firewall, make sure that Roon is exempted. I’d also ensure that your router has a reliable DNS server assigned; we usually recommend Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).

hi @Connor thanks for your response. problem resolved. I had to delete and reinstall Roon Server.
