Describe the issue
I can log into my Qobuz account and Roon account however, I cannot get roon to accept the Qobuz login through the Roon app on my iphone?
Please restart your Roon Server instande and then sign into Qobuz in Settings → Services from any other machine using Roon. Next, disable content blockers/adblockers in Safari settings for the iPhone.
Also try reinstalling the Roon app on the phone and then verifying that you’re connecting to the same Roon Server instance as your other devices. This step is particularly significant if you’ve migrated your server between machines recently. Reinstalling the phone remote won’t affect your library or database.
Can you please share a screenshot of what you’re encountering on the iPhone?
Just checking in to see whether you had a chance to restart your Roon Server, sign into Qobuz again from another Roon device, and turn off Safari content blockers on the iPhone. Were you also able to reinstall the Roon app on the phone and confirm it’s connecting to the same Roon Server instance as your other devices? If you can, please send along a screenshot of what you’re seeing on the iPhone.
