We’ll need a little more information in order to take effective action here. Diagnostics indicate that your RoonServer is hosted on a laptop. Are you relying on a WiFi or an ethernet connection?
If you’re relying on a WiFi connection, do you rely on a mesh network for WiFi?
Just for clarity, are you able to connect to RoonServer on the same laptop/machine, or are you having issues with another device (like a phone)?
