Unable to log in after updating Mac PC, despite recognition (ref#RE36KJ)

· After the install of the newest version of Mac PC, I can`t log in, however my name and contract are identified.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this problem.

Unfortunately, we do not see your mac listed in your devices so can’t pull diagnostics report for this problem.

Can you please try to run following command in your terminal:

open "/Applications/Roon.app/Contents/RoonServer.app"

And after that please retoggle Local Network access for roon and RoonServer apps.

As you advised, I reinstalled the app and restarted the device, but I am still unable to open Roon.

When I open this wind and click ”Log In”,

The next page, “Well come back!” Opened.

Then I click my account , I have to go back the previous site. Never ending round trip!

Thank you for the update. That “never-ending round trip” between the login page and the app is definitely a frustrating loop to be stuck in!

Since you’ve already tried a reinstall and a restart, I have a specific question about how you set up your Mac after the update: Did you migrate your data to this Mac (or restore your files) using Apple’s Migration Assistant or a Time Machine backup?
