Unable to log in on Roon Remote app after reinstalling on iPad (ref#4GA2J3)

Is the iPad connected to the same LAN (subnet) as your Roon Server (ie not using mobile data connection)?

Thanks for reachi8ng out to ask about this. The question that @Carl asked is a good start. If you remote device is on the same LAN as your server next check to see if they are on the same subnet. You can do that by looking at the devices listed in your router’s settings. Identify the server and your remote device and compare their IP addresses. To illustrate with an example if your Roon server had an IP address of 12.3.4.56 and your remote device had an IP address of 12.3.4.78 they would be on the same subnet since the 4 is the same on both. If they had different numbers in that position that would mean they are on different subnets.

Can you test out using a different web browser on your iPad? I’d make sure you have any pop-up blockers disabled as well.

In your iPad settings>local network> Can you confirm Roon is toggled on?

Do you have any issues using Roon Arc?

I think it is login problem, the ID and password is correct . Why cannot login?

Let me know the answers above. Also, do you have any VPNs active?

if you update your password, do you have the same issue?
