Are you having difficulty logging into your Roon account within the app, or connecting to the new server on the Nucleus?
Most login issues can be resolved by clearing the cookies in your default browser and disabling any content blockers. This is especially troublesome on iPhones/iPads, so please ensure Safari has content blockers disabled in your iOS settings if you are using those devices.
If you’re encountering connectivity issues or can’t see the new database on the Nucleus, then we need to check that the database migration was performed correctly.
Can you please share a screenshot showing the page you’re stuck on within Roon?
Diagnostics indicate that you have a RoonServer machine installed on your Mac Mini machine, but named “Nucleus One.” What steps did you take to migrate the server from the Mac Mini to the Nucleus One?
