What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

Where are you having trouble logging in?

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

I have used Roon Legacy 1.8 with my Win 10 pc and it's work well. I subscribe 1 year plan and I try to installed Roon 2.0 when I am login my account roon open my web page to login but at last it come to Roon login page again in loop never success. I try with another PC with win11 and the problem still the same.

Describe your network setup

My router is TP link ex221-G5 but Roon 1.8 work well.

Rather than trying to log in, have you first tried to restore a backup using the link shown at the bottom of that page?

Hi @Rangsan_T,

Please try clearing the cookies and disabling any third-party content blockers that you’ve installed in extensions in Safari. UBlock Origin and other adblockers can interfere with the browser re-direct for our single-sign-on service.

Try to install Roonserver 2.0 into my windows 11 with many PCs but failed for 2 months . Today, I decide to take my one mini pc flashed with ROCK version 2.0 buid 1470 for 2.0 roon server, it work well with my Windows and Andriod phone thanks for Help.

Hi @Rangsan_T,

We’re glad to hear that RoonOS has come to rescue. However, the fact that only Windows machines had this issue in your environment suggests that either the Defender Firewall or the Windows NAT (winnat) service might be interfering with your upstream connection to our login servers.
