Innuos updated and now I am unable to get into ROON. It tells me I’m already logged in but keeps telling me to log in.

Thanks for your message. According to remote diagnostics, it doesn’t look like your Innuous Core is communicating with our servers. Do you see RoonServer still running under https://my.innuos.com ? I would also reach out to the Innuous team as well, in case they can run more advanced diagnostics on this unit from their end.
