  • What device / Operating System is Roon Server Running on?
  • What device / Operating System are you using to login in from?
  • How are they connect to your network.
  • What error message / warning are you seeing? (Post a screenshot would be helpful).
  • Has it worked in the past or is this a new error?
  • Has there been any OS or networking updates recently?
  • Are you able to login into your Roon account on https://roon.app ?

Answers to these question will greatly aid Roon’s support team in being able to assist you.

PS Have you tried rebooting your network router and the machine(s) running Roon?
