Unable to log in to Roon ARC on phone while Roon Remote works (ref#TL5PHT)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

What best describes your issue with ARC

· I can't log into ARC but I can log into Roon

Roon remote works fine on my phone, arc will not let me login on the same phone.

TP-Link AC4000 router, netgear hubs, mac mini hardwired running roon server

Hi @greg.anderson,

Try the following:

  1. In Roon, sign out of your account and close the app.

  2. In phone Settings → Safari page, clear the cookies and cache.

  3. In Settings → Safari → Extension, disable any content blockers temporarily

  4. From there, open ARC and attempt to sign in again.

That worked, but had to boot the phone.

I have tidal on the phone, and have downloaded music to play in the car. Can arc manage the music downloaded by tidal for offline use?

No, Tidal doesn’t allow downloading by third-party apps, or rather the labels don’t allow Tidal to allow that.
