The Roon app works for me, but when I try to log in to the Roon Community, I get an error notice. Roon support tells me it is browser issue not a software issue. Roon support had me go through the link from Filestack. Link:
I had now problem until I got to #6, Check for Malware, the page from Filestack didn’t match my Google page on my computer. Same is true for #7, Disable VPN or Proxy Server, and #8, Change DNS to Google DNS and #9, Reset IP Address.
All of this worked fine on my old Surface 4, but with the new computer, the issues of signing in on Qobuz and to the Roon Community appeared for the first time.
Describe your network setup
Computer: HP Z2 Mini G9 workstation Router: Infinity Advanced Gateway (XB7)
What Google page? Step #6 and following are about Microsoft Windows.
If you use a VPN you should know and it’s supposed you know how to disable it – the article is surely not showing how to do this for any available VPN software on this planet. Same goes for proxies.
Again Microsoft Windows (11?) and not Google. If you use an older version of Windows you may have to find other sources to tell/show you how to get to the same spots in Windows to do the same stuff.
This morning I was able to sign in and get to the Roon Community. I think what did it was making Google my default browser. It worked yesterday for the Qobuz app for me.
Sorry for not responding but I couldn’t sign in.
