Unable to log in to Tidal or Qobuz via Roon application (ref#OLWQXP)

Describe the issue

I cannot log in to Tidal or Qobuz via the Roon application.

I came home to my PC earlier today, the Tidal and Qobuz accounts where not working. My internet radio is not working either. I can play music from a local source, music in my music folder, but that is all.

Describe your network setup

I cannot see it being any device since it worked fine 24 hours ago, and I have changed nothing, the native Tidal, Qobuz, and tunein radio all work when they are working as a standalone application.

Thanks for your message. Looking over your account diagnostics, it doesn’t look like your Roon Server has been seen for the past 2 days, even though your message is from a day ago, strange. If you try to log into the streaming service via another device, are you able to do so? If not, can you please use these instructions to upload a log set to the below link and let us know here once uploaded? Thanks!
