Hello! The thing is, I recently registered and subscribed to KKBOX, and my account can be logged in and used separately on the app. However, I failed to log in on ROON. I have followed the response from my account and billing team, turned off the computer firewall and ad blocking, cleared the browser cache and cookies, and even changed the default browser. In the end, I still cannot log in to KKBOX on ROON. I urgently hope to receive your technical support now, thank you!

Describe your network setup

My home's network environment is broadband internet access with fiber to the home and optical modem dial-up. The router is connected to a computer, which is made in China (ZTE Corporation) ZXSLC SR7410 (BE7200 PRO+). The computer is Apple's MAC MINI M4, used as a ROOT CORE. Since Chinese Mainland cannot directly access overseas streaming media websites, I have to open VPN when I log in to TIDAL and KKBOX at ROON (otherwise, I cannot open the login page).

Just to confirm here, you are using a router-level VPN for the connection? Please note that mandated firewalls can present a tricky situation when trying to use Roon with them, I suggest that you review the below article:
