For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.
· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.
Describe the issue
I'm using Grimm Audio MU2 as the Roon Server, which I've just switched over from the MU1 and this is when the problems began. It will not allow me to enter the Roon account as the screen just sits. And when I went to reauthorized the MU1 I was unable to do that as well. Now I cannot connect to Roon at all and cannot get into my account.
Describe your network setup
The Grimm Audio MU2 is connected to the wireless router.
I am not able to get into to my Roon Account to select/authorize one of my remotes. I've tried to switch to the Grimm Audio MU2 but I am asked to log in and then the screen just sits there. Nothing...
I’ve merged both your threads as they seem to be the same core issue. Based on your account info, it looks like your MU2 has Roon Server up and running, which is good news!
Have you restored a backup on the MU2 at all? I’d be curious to see if you’re able to get things running on a fresh database, at least temporarily:
Make a Backup of your current RoonServer Database (if you have a recently saved backup, you can ignore this)
