Describe the issue

I recently switched to an Android device and am having trouble logging into Arc. Previously, I had no issues using Arc on iOS for several months.

Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive an error message indicating "invalid reCAPTCHA." Here are the steps I have taken to troubleshoot the issue:

Disabled all trackers/adblockers on my phone.

Changed DNS servers from Quad9 to Cloudflare.

Toggled Secure DNS off and on.

Uninstalled Roon server and deleted any leftover files completely and set up again from scratch.

Reinstalled the Arc app on Android multiple times, clearing cache and data each time and still no luck.

Describe your network setup

Fiber Modem to TP-Link Deco Mesh system, 2.5g in, Roon server 2.5g Ethernet, Android Wifi7, IPV6 disabled, UPNP On, SIP ALG On,

I finally figured it out. I had been using Edge as my default browser, and no matter what settings I disabled, it seemed like there was some kind of VPN running in the background. Once I switched my default browser, I was able to log in without any issues.

The frustration persists; the transition to Android appears to be a mistake. While connected to Android Auto, it flawlessly played music from my personal collection (hi-res and DSD64), but it stubbornly refused to stream anything from Qobuz. Instead, it would continually load before eventually displaying a ‘poor connection’ message. Makes no sense considering native qobuz app worked and bandwidth was in the 500mbit range on 5GUW.
