Unable to log into Roon interface after multiple attempts (ref#0J5WRM)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

Unable to enter the operation interface of roon. After clicking login, the screen always returns to the login interface.

Describe your network setup

Click the recovery button to see the file information on the roon server.

Have you tried a reboot of the Roon server and possibly your router?

I have rebooted the roon server and router, but it still doesn’t work.

Thanks for writing in!

Does this happen no matter the web browser you use? Can you test out a few different browsers and see if your issue persists? With that, I’d also make sure to turn off any pop-up blockers you have installed just in case.

Does this issue happen regardless of the remote device that you use? Or does it only occur via Windows?

To this day, I still can’t log in to my Roon. No matter what remote device you use, this problem will happen.

Thanks for following up! A few follow up questions we’re still wondering:

  1. Have you deactivated any popup blockers for your web browser?
  2. Can you test out using different web browsers?
  3. Are you using any VPNs? You’ll need to deactivate those as well. They fall outside the scope of support, unfortunately.
  4. Check (or temporarily disable) your machines firewalls and ensure Roon is listed as a proper exception:
