Unable to log into Roon Software after account info is visible (ref#65V3BT)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

Since a week ago Icon for Roon Software have not been working. My account information can be seen in Roon account page but no way to log into Roon Software. Accounts & billing team asked me to contact Technical Support Team to find out a solution.

Describe your network setup

I am using PC OS of which is Microsoft Edge. Router (HUAWEI HG8045Q). PC is connected to ESOTERIC N-01XD via ethernet line.

Does Roon not start up any more when you double-click the icon? Have you tried reinstalling Roon from the Roon Labs download page?

Are you running third-party Anti-Virus software (not Windows Defender)?

If you’re experiencing issues logging into Roon, the most common culprit is the adblocker/content blocker in the browser on your device. OAuth, the single-sign-on service, relies on cookies.

Try clearing the browser cookies if you’re still having issues. Then restart RoonServer and try again.
