Description Of Issue

Have been have issues connecting to Tidal since 1.7 software upgrade. Restart numerous times and reinstalled ROCK operating system. Since then unable to log into ROON. Restarted routers and internet. Nothing it working.

Welcome to the forum! Can you please provide a screenshot of your ROCK’s Web UI?

Also, can you please access your NUC logs by using these instructions (Option #1) and send me a set? If you don’t have any file transfer services, just let me know.
