Unable to Login [Solved]

Since migrating all my data to a new iMac I am unable to login from the Roon application. I can login through a browser to view my account details (I have recently subscribed) but when I attempt to login via the Roon application the logo just does its thing but nothing else happens. I’ve tried restarts (application, Mac etc) to no avail. Please help.

Can you also write the precise steps you did during migration.
