If I try to login Qobuz, the following message appears: "Network error: Please check your connection", Roon Server 1.8 on MacMini (mid 2011), 10.10.5, Internet works fine. What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Our system is unable to see your server. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
Additionally it would be helpful if you could try to log into Qobuz again and note the date and time of the failure for us.
