Unable to login to Qobuz due to network error on Roon Server (ref#63N62E)

If I try to login Qobuz, the following message appears: "Network error: Please check your connection", Roon Server 1.8 on MacMini (mid 2011), 10.10.5, Internet works fine. What can I do?

Somebody else recently had the same error with 1.8 and Qobuz on an old macOS which looked like an unfixable certificate error:

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Our system is unable to see your server. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
Additionally it would be helpful if you could try to log into Qobuz again and note the date and time of the failure for us.
