Where are you having trouble logging in?

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

Moved back into remodeled home with my old ISP and router. Rock retained IP rental house with another ISP and router (assigned 192.168.7.???) which the ROCK would not release, so unable to login. Reloaded NUC7i7BNH Roon server from download roonbox-linuxx64-nuc4-usb-factoryreset.img.gz. IP changed back to 192.168.1.228, which it had been 2 years before when we moved.

Still unable log in, so reinstalled RockOS, then started getting to message :
Choose your Roon server, Roon Optimized Core Kit (F44D306E293C), RoonOS 1.0 (build 259) production/192.168.1.228, Version 2.0 Build 1407 production - Ready - Connect. Click Connect,
choices Login, Start Free Trail or Go back.

Click 'Login', Choose an account, click my account, get 'You're already signed in.'

Click 'Restore a backup,' get 'Choose folder that contains your backup,' unable to add network share (on Qnap NAS) \\Pagan-Place\Multimedia\Music or \\192.168.1.215\Multimedia\Music. My roon server backup is at \\Pagan-Place\Multimedia\Rock

Also downloaded and installed ffmpeg-git-amd64-static.tar. Emptied Codecs folder, no help. Put the ffmpeg files & folders back, same.

Describe your network setup

Modem provided by ISP (Monkey Brains - San Francisco). Router Asus RT-AC88U-B3E0. Ethernet network. Netgear GS108 switch. Control via Lenovo ThinkBook 13s-IWL

Try clicking the Unauthorize button, then choose the Roon server you want to connect to
