Unable to login to TIDAL via Roon [Resolved - Reboot]

Hello, I’m having the problem that Roon does not identify Tidal, he tells me that the username and password are wrong and they are correct.

Was Roon previously working with TIDAL or is this your first time trying to link your TIDAL account?

Have you tried rebooting your Core machine since this error has occurred?

Yes, Roon worked with Tidal, today I stop working. It does not recognize the user and the password, which is correct.
My system is an intel nuc i5, 8gb ram, ssd240. Run with windows 10.
I use it remotely with ipad 3 mini, iphone 6s. Etc.

Can you describe your networking setup? What networking hardware is in use?

Do you have any active antivirus or firewall on the Core machine?

Often times this behavior can be resolved with a reboot of the Core machine — Can you give that a try and let me know if there’s any change?
