I could log in with ARC when I used a Synology NAS as Roon server, now I bought a Nucleus One and in the same network I cannot login with ARC anymore. I use a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Describe your network setup
The router is the Telenet router of the provider, the local extensions are Unifi. All is wired, the Nucleus is on the same router as the Synology before
Thanks for sharing your report! Sorry to hear about your login issues. To confirm, you still see that your Nucleus is discoverable and you’re able to connect to it via Arc, correct?
If not, can you head to your Roon Settings > Roon Arc and share the error code you see?
If possible, could you try using a different web browser on your mobile device? Are you receiving a specific error when attempting to log in?
If your issues persist, try clearing cache and data (via Android app settings), or uninstall and reinstall Arc.
Hi Benjamin, I cleaned the data and cache of ARC on the S24, no result.
I used chrome instead of Edge, no result.
I add the ARC page on Roon, no warning there
Just to confirm, you are seeing this message before you are able to get to the Roon Server selection screen? If so, this sounds like an issue unrelated to your Nucleus, but rather to the general login from your S24. Do you have any VPNs, popup or content blockers that could be interfering with ARC from communicating with the login servers? Can you share a screenshot of the exact state that ARC is failing the login on? Thanks!
Hi @Germain_Verbeemen,
Can you try logging in with a different browser? In some cases, privacy or security settings in your current browser can interfere with the login process. Let us know if that helps!
