Diagnostics show that you have a Roon Server active associated with your account, but it’s running an outdated build.
First off, please try installing Roon again from the website to ensure that the latest update package has downloaded.
From there, you can follow this guide to full configure a server and remote on Windows 11:
You’ll need to be sure you’ve followed the steps to excempt Roon in the Microsoft Defender firewall and any third-party antivirus software you have installed.
If you’re having issues logging into Roon, try signing into the web account page directlybefore you open the app.
We want to check whether the app was installed the Mac way, by dragging Roon into the Applications folder, and whether it launches cleanly after that.
If it still will not open after signing in, let us know what happens at that point and we will pick it up from there. If you were able to launch it successfully, that is useful to know too.
We’re hoping that you are able to open Roon and use it by now. If, just in case, that’s not what’s happening, would you please let us know? We’d love to help you get back to listening to music with Roon.
