I suspect you have run into an ongoing macOS 15 issue … see this link topic for a workaround.

macOS 15 messed up security settings for quite many people, leading to device discovery issues. Lots of threads about this on the forum. Try this, it usually helps: Navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

Please navigate to your MacOS System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and toggle on local network access for RoonServer. You may need to re-toggle Roon’s local network access on after subsequent restarts of RoonServer or the machine.

The team has an open ticket to implement more graceful handling of Sequoia’s tighter network security features.

Then, navigate to the MacOS Firewall settings and verify that Roon has incoming connections allowed.
