Describe your network setup

Suddenly today I cannot open roon on my windows PC and I did everything I could by the book but no response.

Hey @yassersharaf24,

Thanks for taking the time to write in! As a next step, let’s fully remove Roon from the windows and do a fresh install - do you have a recently saved backup? Having a recent backup is crucial and will allow you to restore your previously saved settings and library edits.

Don’t do any of the below until you have a safe backup ready. :+1:

After you uninstalled Roon, navigate to C:\Users\[*Your username*]\AppData\Local and delete all Roon folders:

RAATServer
Roon
RoonGoer
RoonServer

After a fresh install (download here), restore your recently saved backup to load your prior library settings.

Well, I have the same problem with my work pc that I only use for remote control of Roon. So the server is on another W11 pc. That has been working perfectly for a long time without problems, but that has always been the case with my work pc. You provide a link where the latest version can be downloaded. But I use the Early Access version. I assume that I should not/may not use the version you specified?
