We have your logs, and they give a clear answer. Thank you to @BrianW for the work in the other thread, and his change to http did reach you: since 15 August your Roon Server has been using http://radlqowi.beheerstream.nl:8034/stream. So the stream address is not the problem.
What your logs show is that your Roon Server cannot open a connection to that station at all. It tries four different ways and every one fails the same way:

That is not an error from the radio station. It is your Roon Server being unable to reach it. The name is being looked up correctly, so this is not DNS.
And here is the detail that we think explains it. Every station that works for you uses a standard web port, 80 or 443. Midvliet is the only station in your logs on an unusual port, 8034, and it is the only one that fails. Something between your Roon Server and the internet is not allowing connections on that port.
Two things would confirm it, and both are quick.
First, please tell us which device you used when you played the stream in a browser. If that was your phone on mobile data, or a computer on a different network, then it tells us nothing about the path your Roon Server uses. We need the test done from the same network.
So please open this address in a browser on a computer connected to your home network, ideally by cable to the same Bonn 8 switch as your Roon Server:

- If it fails there too, your KPN router or your provider is blocking that port, and that is where the fix lies rather than in Roon.
- If it plays on that computer but Roon still cannot reach it, tell us, because that is a different and more interesting result.
Second, please look in your KPN modem settings for anything called safe internet, parental controls, a firewall level, or port blocking. KPN equipment often restricts unusual ports by default, and 8034 is exactly the kind of port that gets caught. If you find a setting like that, please tell us what it is set to before changing anything.
Your frustration is fair, and this is not something you did. The station is reachable from other people’s networks, which is why it works for Brian, and the difference is on the path out of your house.
