Thanks for writing in and sharing your issue - welcome to the Roon community as well! We’re excited to have you here, sorry about your issue with getting your Roon subscription shared away smoothly.

It looks like you do have an active yearly subscription, can you confirm you’re signed in under your correct account?

With that, it does look like the machine running Roon Server is running an outdated version of Roon, which could be causing you some issues. See if you can access your Roon Settings>About> update your Roon Server.
