the same behavior here in Germany. Friends from Munich just called me and asked for support, my system in Passau (200km distance) has the same problem.
Qobuz and Liveradio doesn’t work, my local library has no problem. I listen to my ripped disks right now. Interesting behavior.
Thank you for your analysis, Vadim. That evening I could only play from my history playlist and from my own ripped files. It was not possible to search new files from Qobuz or play internet radio stations.
My assumptions are
the local ethernet connection between my QNAP Rock server and my Ropieee node was not affected.
The connection to the Qobuz music storage was ok (or is a music file, I played, stored locally?
The Roon connection to the Qobuz Metadata storage and the Internet Radio database was interrupted.
Next morning the system worked like expected (and all the years before, thank you!), sorry, that I didn’t report that earlier.
I fear, it will be hard for you, to analyze that temporary glitch. Please let me know, if I can send data to support you in that case.
Unfortunately I have still the same problem. Live radio works normally but I can’t listen to anything else. There’s a some strange sound few seconds and then skip to next song and the same with whole album or list. Sometimes (very rarely) It manages to play a song but never two in row. It’s very interesting that I can use Roon ARC without any issues.
Our apologies here! It seems service is still a bit spotty with our upstream DNS outages. Connection is more stable now, if you reboot your server and Roon remotes, how do things perform?
