Unable to play music from Roon (ref#3OFIAC)

· Matrix Audio Element i2 music streaming dac. the PC is Dell XP 8930

When I go to play any music, nothing happens.

My Roon Core is a PC. I have a Matrix Element I2 dac/ streamer. No matter usb nor wifi, the problem persists.

Thank you for your post.

Most importantly, please first verify that you have the latest drivers for this DAC installed on your Windows machine.

Also verify that RAATServer and RoonServer, RoonAppliance, and Roon itself are added as exceptions to the Windows Defender firewall. If you have any additional third-party security, add RAATServer as an exception there.

Do any errors present in the Roon interface when you attempt to initiate playback to this Matrix DAC?

Please disable all DSP in MUSE if you have any profiles applied.

Restart RoonServer and the streamer before re-initiating the connection.

If the issue persists after taking the above steps, let us know here. Please share a screenshot of the Signal Path and the Device Setup page in Settings → Audio for this Matrix USB Zone.
