Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Our servers don’t see an active RoonServer or Roon Remote machine associated with your account, so let’s start with the basics.

What is the operating system of the machine on which you’ve installed RoonServer (Windows, Mac, Roon ROCK/Nucleus, etc.)?

If this is a ROCK or Nucleus, what do you see in the network administration page for the machine?

If this is a Windows/Mac/Linux client, have you added RoonServer as a firewall exception in any firewalls?
