Unable to play Tidal but local files are ok

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Intel NUC i3 4gb of Ram running ROCK Version 1.0 (build 227) stable
Software Version 1.8 (build 783) stable

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Connect to Huawei modem using Ethernet
Remote connecting to TP-Link Mesh WIFI

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Allo Digione, Chord Poly, MacBook Pro and LS50 Wireless

Description Of Issue

Tidal used to work well with my setup until this week, When I click play on Tidal tracks, Roon will keep buffering but music won’t start (no error messages shown just blue light goes left and right for a minute and then stop) Local files can be played with no issue.

While there has been an issue with streaming tracks from TIDAL this has been resolved. Are you still running into this issue? We’d love to help if so :nerd_face:
