To help us point you in the right direction, could you please confirm:

  • Where are you seeing this? Are you on the Roon Labs website (trying to update billing/subscription), or are you inside the Roon Remote / Roon ARC app?
  • What is the exact roadblock? Is the screen freezing, is a button grayed out, or are you receiving a specific error message?

Could you please share a screenshot of the screen where you are stuck? That will give us immediate context on what is going wrong.
