The Roon web page for subscription is just for that and accounts purposes only.

You need to DL Roon onto a PC of some description.

Diagnostics indicate your Roon Server was recently active. However, you’ll also need a Roon Remote to function as the controller in this setup, and we don’t see that a Roon Remote has been active yet today on your account.

You’ll need to download Roon and install it on any desktop, laptop, or phone to get started. The link in the post above is the best guide to get started, but you can also find more detail on Roon’s architecture here:
