Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

After shutting down the system, I cannot reconnect. I cannot find the server anymore. I am using a Nucleus +

System did not change, just shut down and power up afterwards. I was working for months, but now I cannot reconnect

Thank you for reaching out to Roon support.

Your unit didn’t report to our servers for more than a day. The issue may be related to a hardware failure. Please connect your Nucleus to the TV or monitor via an HDMI cable and take a photo of what you are seeing on the screen.
