I had an issue redeeming my trial where I must have clicked the wrong link and was charged for a month of nugs. I emailed their support, they replied and refunded me the month without question as well as giving me the correct link. Excellent customer service!

Obviously, this might not be your issue, but I think it’s likely that nugs support would be more help than Roon. Good luck!

If you are having trouble claiming the trial offer, please try the following: 

  1. In your web browser, open an “incognito tab” and close your main browser
  2. Try again to redeem your 60-day trial offer, and confirm it opens in the incognito window
