Unable to remove 2 Qobuz albums from my Roon Library

Anyone know why I can’t remove two albums that I had favourited in Qobuz and showed up in my Roon album library.

I’m still able to remove others in Roon that I had favourited in Qobuz?

As a troubled-shooting step, have you tried rebooting your Roon Server?

IIRC, there was similar issue reported in Support recently that “resolved itself the following morning”.

Before I can suggest a workaround, I would need to know the exact details of the situation for these 2 albums:

  1. They still show in My Library ?
  2. Do they show in Roon - Qobuz - My Qobuz - Favorite albums
  3. in Qobuz app/webpage - do they show in your account - My Favourites

If removed from Qobuz via their app and they still show, logout of Qobuz in Roon, reboot your Roon Server. Log back into Roon.

Hopefully they’ll be gone

I’m working on an iMac for both Qobuz [Chrome] and Roon

What you can try is to (re-)identify teach album as a random album of choice (but remember them) in order for Roon to write in its data base. Normally you will be able to Remove from Library after that.
