Unable to remove Nugs.net service from Roon sidebar (ref#PUWU5F)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· I clicked on nugs at the services Side, but canceled the Registration. Now I want to delete nugs from the Sidebar. What will I have to Do? Every time roon starts, the message appears Login nugs failed.

Thanks for that! If you haven’t yet, could you please stop Roon Server and safely reboot your server machine?

See if you run into the same issues afterward. If you’re still seeing login failures, let’s clear your server cache:

• Stop Roon Server from running in the Web UI
• Find and open your RoonServer database
• Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
• Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
• Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs
