Hi, I had a free trial and updated to a lifetime subscription which I would like to put on a new computer as Roon Core which the system recognises but it will not reset my password or allow a change.
Hi thank you for replying, it has just allowed me to log into reply on my I phone.
I initially had a free trial on my main computer, I have since got a dedicated computer with your advised Core hardware and after subscribing to the lifetime subscription tried to load the app on my phone to control the new core.

All sorted thank you, looks like my main computer that was the server had a network issue it was going between WiFi and Ethernet for some reason.
All sorted now and server library download to Ron Core computer.
