Unable to Restore Backup on Nucleus from USB Drive (ref#F811EF)

I'm having trouble with my Nucleus hardware

Describe the issue

Migrating database from Mac to nucleus. I backed up to usb drive. Follow migrating instructions, plug in usb drive, power up Nucleus, etc. Then go to new Mac, Initialize Roon is, get to “restore backup and - HERE IS THE PROBLEM: it looks for a network — NOT an external drive. So there is no way to tell Roon to get the backup on the drive. Help please.

Just to make sure, is the USB with the backup connect to the Nucleus USB port and not to your computer?

Following up on your thread, @bearFNF makes a good point - is the USB drive connected directly to your Nucleus?

If you’re still not seeing it when looking for backup locations, what is the USB drive formatted to? You’ll have the best luck with exFAT but here’s a list of supported formats for the Nucleus:
