Unable to run Roon App on my iPad pro

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Roon core on my music server.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
I have signed up for lifetime membership having previously installed Roon App on a monthly subscription.

I can access from my Windows laptop, but Roon App on my iPad Pro is unable to find Roon core.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Try switching the iPad Pro off. Leave off for two mins, then switch back on.
It worked for me.

thanks for the suggestion…it is working now . Most likely issue was that I. Changed from monthly billing to lifetime subscription. Somehow this action did not get updated. My monthly subscription got cancelled but not replaced with lifetime subscription…admin mis management I guess.
